PINA COLADA CHIA OVERNIGHT OATS


Pina Colada Chia Overnight Oats are creamy overnight oats with chia seeds, coconut, Greek yogurt, and plenty of fresh pineapple.  They’re easy, delicious, and will make breakfast feel like a tropical getaway!

Servings: 6 Servings

Ingredients
  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats*
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2½ cups coconut milk or the milk of your choice
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used 2%)*
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple (crushed pineapple may be substituted)
  • ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut
