  • 10 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 pound large or jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined, tails removed if desired
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
