THE PERFECT CAST IRON STEAK

Ingredients
- 1½ pound steaks Ribeye or New York Strip
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter plus more for topping
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
Steak Marinade:
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon honey
- 3 cloves garlic minced
